Inspired by the mighty family of Alpine cheeses , we wanted to create our own version. Named after the townland opposite us on the mountain side, this is aged for at least 6 months to allow the development of a proper rind. It is our mildest cheese, yet with a lovely and nutty aftertaste.

Serve on cheeseboards, melt in a toasted sandwich or add to a cheese fondue.

Partner with a chilled rose or prosecco.
