Ship To Locations

● We currently ship within the UK and Ireland via our website. For other destinations please contact us directly.

● PO Boxes: We generally discourage shipping to PO boxes due to the perishable nature of our cheese products.

Processing & Handling

● Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays in Northern Ireland.

● Processing Time: We aim to process most orders within 1–2 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

● If there are any delays, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided with your order.

Shipping Methods

● We use DPD for shipments on the island of Ireland. We use either Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce for our Shipments to Great Britain.

● Perishable items (like cheese) should be opened and refrigerated as soon as they are delivered to maintain quality.

Shipping Costs

● Shipping fees are to be determined and may be subject to change. Any applicable shipping charges will appear at checkout or will be communicated before finalising your order.

Delivery & Timing

● While our carriers typically provide a swift delivery, exact transit times may vary and are not guaranteed.

● In the event that a shipment is delayed (e.g., due to holidays or unforeseen courier issues), we will do our best to keep you informed.

Holidays & Blackout Dates

● We do not ship on Northern Ireland public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Receipt of Delivery

● If no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or returned to the local carrier depot, depending on their procedures.

● Important: Cheese and other perishable items should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
