Derry’s Famous Beer & Cheese Tour

Our Beer & Cheese day tour allows you to meet the producer, learn some knowledge of their craft, while being fun and entertaining. Creating memories you can take away.

You will be welcomed to Northbound Brewery and get inside the life of working brewery.

During this fun, interactive 1.5 hour tour of their brewery you will gain an insight into the brewing process while sampling beers direct from the beer tanks, taste the brews on offer and meet and hear people behind this success story.

Next up you will depart on a 30 minute scenic trip to the Sperrin Mountains where you will greeted at Dart Mountain Cheese by Kevin and meet the cheesemaker Julie Hickey, and hear the story of the cheeses inspired by the Sperrin mountain landscape.

This a 1.5 hour interactive tour touching on some of the science involved in cheese making and also the chance to sample the range of award winning cow and goat cheeses.
